SOYO GROUP, Inc. End User RMA Policy

BEFORE YOU READ THE SOYO RMA POLICY: 
Please note that SOYO does not provide refund to the customers if the goods
were not purchased directly from SOYO. Users should contact the retailer or
where the goods were purchased for return policy and refund information. 
This RMA policy covers only warranty repair provided by SOYO

SOYO provides one-year limited manufacturer's warranty on selected products
from the date of purchase. If the warranty sticker on SOYO products are missing 
or broken, warranty is voided. Please verify your date of purchase before sending
the item(s) back to SOYO for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you
believe your SOYO product is defective and that your manufacturer's warranty
has not expired, you must first finish the online RMA registration at
http://www.soyogroup.com/rma/ and obtain a RMA number. The RMA number would
allow us to track your return much faster and easier. After receiving your
RMA number, please pack your defective item(s) very well with all the original
packaging and all the necessary documents. Customers are responsible for the
shipping cost of shipping items back to us. If you think you can meet these
requirements, no phone call or e-mail is necessary. If necessary, please use
our Knowledge Base for customer service support.

In the event of missing original receipt or out-of-warranty products, there will 
be $75 Charge for labor fee + separate charge for part and shipping to have
the item fixed or replaced. Additional information on the charges for out of 
warranty products can be obtained via email. Please send your inquiry to 
RMA@soyogroup.com.

All defective item(s) for RMA should be shipped to:

Please be sure to include the following items along with your defective SOYO product:

1.      Place the issued RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the box.

2.      Defective SOYO item(s)
        NOTE: When sending motherboards to SOYO for RMA, please DO NOT include 
        your CPU, memory, hard drive, power supply, cables, drivers, manuals,
        or other peripherals and accessories, unless it is instructed so, by
        the Technical Support Specialist or the RMA Department

3.      Copy of the original invoice/receipt of your product. For security 
        reasons, please remove your credit card information from the receipts.
        SOYO is not responsible for any confidential information left on the
        original sales receipts.

4.      For Express Service, a flat fee of $35 will be charged. No Express Service is available for 
        Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Island, and international countries at this 
        time. Please be sure to include a personal check, company check, or money 
        order in the package. No credit card, cash or change will be accepted. All checks 
        should be made payable to SOYO, Inc.

Customer must package the products properly. SOYO is NOT responsible for any 
damage to the products during transit by the shipping company. Damaged items are
not eligible for manufacturer's warranty. All electronic parts should be wrapped
in anti-static plastic bags and shock-resistant bubble-wrap.

We suggest that customers obtain a receipt for any packages shipped back to us.
SOYO is NOT responsible for any package lost during shipping.

Notes:
    SOYO is not responsible for any damage to parts or injury to person or 
    property as a result of using our products or as a result of a defective
    product. For instance, we are not responsible when a motherboard may be
    damaged due to a defective power supply.

Standard RMA Service For SOYO Products Under Warranty:

Standard service is available on all SOYO products under manufacturer's warranty 
To receive RMA for SOYO item(s) under manufacturer's warranty, please call SOYO 
technical support (909) 292 2555 to obtain reference#. Customer will need to use 
the reference # to obtain RMA# on the website. Please follow the SOYO RMA procedure 
and return the defective item(s) to SOYO. Please be sure to include all necessary 
documents required by the SOYO RMA Department.  The repaired or the replaced item(s) 
will be shipped in 7-12 business days after receiving the defective item(s).

Express RMA Service For SOYO Products Under Warranty:

Express service is available on all SOYO products under manufacturer's warranty
for a flat fee of $35. No Express Service is available for Alaska, Puerto Rico, 
Virgin Islands, and international countries at this time. To receive Express RMA, 
please follow the SOYO RMA procedure and enclose your payment. All checks should 
be made payable to SOYO, Inc. With the Express Service, the Express RMA product(s) 
will have priority for repairs over the Standard RMA items. The repaired or 
replaced item(s) will be shipped in 3-5 business days after receipt.

Shipping may be delayed depending on the location which product is being shipped
to. All replacements are shipped via FedEx Ground for tracking purposes, unless
specified otherwise by SOYO RMA or Tech Support Departments or by request for
expedited service by the owner of the RMA item(s).

Repaired or Replacement unit will carry the balance of its original warranty 
from the purchase date. In a case when the original warranty has already expired 
when the repaired or replacement product is received by customer, SOYO will give 
additional 3 months warranty to the unit.

SOYO does not offer cross shipping or advance replacement under any circumstance.
All defective products should be sent to the address mentioned above along with all
the necessary documentation for diagnostics, repair, or replacement. Any missing or
wrong information provided on the RMA from may result in delay of the RMA process.

SOYO is not responsible for any loss or damage to the product as a result of shipping
to and from SOYO. In the event where the shipped item(s) is damaged during shipping,
please contact the shipping company for more information. SOYO has the right to refuse
any package, product labeled with wrong information or product with missing
